EPR Choose To Challenge for International Women's Day 2021

Happy International Women’s Day from the team at EPR!

The theme for International Women’s Day 2021 is #ChooseToChallenge, which is all about celebrating women’s achievements and choosing to challenge inequality, call out bias and question stereotypes. From challenge comes change, so in support of the campaign we are standing united in this year’s pose with our hands up high to show our commitment to choose to challenge and help forge an inclusive world.

As a practice we strongly believe that we need to actively encourage the professional development of women and provide them with the access and support, both professionally and personally, to thrive and participate fully in the industry.

‘Despite the ongoing constraints of the pandemic, we continue to work closely with our partners across the industry in addressing gender equality, increasing diversity and improving the mental wellbeing of our team. This includes our ongoing support for the Architectural Review’s W Programme, the FLUID Diversity Mentoring Programme run by Built by Us and the Architects Mental Wellbeing Forum.’
