Each of the buildings front onto a central tree-lined boulevard, acting as a spine to unify the development. From the hard landscaped public/semi-private area of the boulevard, the buildings are set back among landscaped zones, which run from the greenbelt land beyond and into the site, providing a series of more private garden spaces.
The buildings comprise a mixture of two to three storeys across the site. Extensively glazed, they benefit from a predominance of natural daylight and panoramic views.
