The brief entails the completion of the original masterplan, the formation of an urban gateway connecting the historical city quarter and riverbank that flank either side of the site and an ambitious landscaping scheme including residents’ gardens, three levels of underground car park and a fitness centre.
EPR’s design has evolved to maximise commercial opportunities by developing an efficient mixture of units of varying sizes and characters, all of which benefit from attractive amenity space, and high-quality façades which respond to and are inspired by the historical context of Angel City. EPR is also working with Angel Group to develop an art installation project for the scheme.
