Lillie Square Residents' Clubhouse

Lillie Square is a residential-led mixed-use and mixed-tenure development of 808 homes by Capco located adjacent to Earl’s Court, West Brompton train station and Brompton Cemetery. EPR has been appointed as executive architect to deliver Block E, Phase 2, Phase 4 and the now-complete residents’ clubhouse.
The clubhouse is a 1,858m2 private residents’ facility that serves all phases of the Lillie Square development, providing a naturally-lit swimming pool, spa facilities, treatment rooms, a gym, a bar, a function room, a wine cellar, a cinema and a crèche. The interior concept design was by Richards Basmajian.
